Customized products are made specifically for you; therefore, they are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect. For refund or replacement requests regarding customized products, please contact us directly.
How to Request a Refund:

Contact Us: Email us at info@costumesclub.com with your order number and the reason for the refund request within 7 days of receipt if the item is defective or incorrect.

Assessment: After confirming your item is eligible for a refund, we’ll provide instructions for its return.

Processing: We inspect the returned item upon arrival. Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days after receipt and inspection.
Please Note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where items are defective or damaged.

Refunds for purchases made with gift cards will be issued on a new gift card.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return (based on the actual delivery date).
Eligible Items:

Items must be in unworn, unused condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
Exceptions:

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return.

Non-returnable items also include perishable goods, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards.
