Eligibility:

  • The item is defective or damaged.

  • You received the incorrect item.

  • You’ve changed your mind about the item, under the conditions outlined in our Return Policy (customized items excluded).

Important:

Customized products are made specifically for you; therefore, they are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect. For refund or replacement requests regarding customized products, please contact us directly.

How to Request a Refund:

  • Contact Us: Email us at info@costumesclub.com with your order number and the reason for the refund request within 7 days of receipt if the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Assessment: After confirming your item is eligible for a refund, we’ll provide instructions for its return.

  • Processing: We inspect the returned item upon arrival. Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days after receipt and inspection.

Please Note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where items are defective or damaged.

  • Refunds for purchases made with gift cards will be issued on a new gift card.


 

Return Policy

Love Your Purchase

If you’re not satisfied for any reason, here’s how you can return your purchase:

Return Window:

  • Our return window opens when you receive your item.

  • You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return (based on the actual delivery date).

Eligible Items:

  • Items must be in unworn, unused condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Exceptions:

  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return.

  • Non-returnable items also include perishable goods, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards.

Initiate a Return:

  • Contact Us: Email info@costumesclub.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Receive Instructions: We will send a return shipping label and instructions.

  • Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting your item, we will process the refund according to our Refund Policy.
